Hands-Free Management

It’s known that owning a vacation property is akin to taking on another job. The target member prospect can easily afford to travel with and bring their own staff should they desire to do so. It is however the intent of Viggiare Management to organize a 5-star hospitality team that accompanies the network of some of Italy’s finest properties and destinations that offers each member a team of capable people that can deliver the optimal lifestyle experience and maximizing your stay.

Reservation Agents

Three (3) personal reservation agents will oversee each one-hundred-and-twenty-member (120) society and coordinate the best possible schedule of desired destinations based on each members interests and requests. This will include the number of destinations for each trip, the size of properties, personal interests, activities, length of stay, and transportation needs to and from the property while in residence. These reservation agents will be versed in each member’s preferences, special needs, interests, and priorities.

Concierge Team

A concierge team of activity planners and personal reservation agents will be assigned to each society. These will be highly trained personnel that will be focused on maximizing the experience for every member, their families, and their guests. They will be responsible for all property management and experience needs including reception, transportation, wine tasting, golf tee times, boating requests, cultural tours, activity planning, day-care, in-house dining, dining reservations, and any other scheduling requests. These agents will be fluent in both Italian and English and are being recruited based on their perceived ability to cater to the ultra-affluent member.

Activity Planning

Activity planning will be executed by the concierge agent that is assigned to the property. This may include the chartering of helicopters to visit and tour towns or cities, scheduling cultural tours, wine-tasting tours, lunches, dinners, shopping trips, golf tee times, hiking trips, guided bicycle tours, yachting, beach picnics, cooking classes, escorted dive and fishing trips, opera, symphonies, and the like, so that each member can discover all that Italy has to offer.

Culinary Aficionado’s

Each property will have an association with the most notorious chefs in the area that will be available for in-house dining. These chefs will be organized on an a la carte basis for formal and casual dining.

Daily Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping will include bed and towel service daily as well as a “light cleaning service” which will involve dishes and necessary cleanup activities. A more extensive, thorough cleaning will be scheduled to occur weekly or prior to any new occupant.

Property Management

Each of the properties will have an on-site property manager team with few exceptions. Most of these exceptional target properties have married couples that have histories of managing these substantial properties. These property managers will also be available to correct any house repair or mechanical issues with equipment in “real time” as they will be versed with their specific property and any possible nuances.  

Meal Preparation & Shopping

The property managers will execute the reception duties, shopping, liquor storage, and organize breakfast, lunches, dinners, and appetizer services, depending on member requests.

Car Transportation

Car transportation will be available through local drivers and one (1) to two (2) vehicles that will be purchased for each property. This service may eliminate the need for parking should making the ease of getting in and out of cities or towns where parking and driving on narrow streets can be difficult. Except for certain city apartments, most properties will have ample parking spaces to afford additional cars should members want to lease additional vehicles and drive themselves.

Marine Transportation

In certain destinations such as the Amalfi Coast, the Isle of Capri, Ischia, and Sardinia, the Seaport towns in Liguria, and Tuscany, and the lake properties in Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, and Lake Garda, it is preferable to travel by boat. Viaggiare Management has, in its membership documents, an allowance to afford to purchase or lease significant boats ranging between twenty-four (24) and thirty-six (36) feet that will complement identified waterfront properties. This feature will allow members to travel without traffic congestion while enjoying the waterways to access coastal towns, blue grottos and hidden beaches away from the tourist crowds.

Bicycles

Each property, except for city apartments Viaggiare Management, will have an allocation of assorted bicycles for members use.

Tennis Courts

Some of the country estate properties that are targeted may have tennis, pickle ball courts or bocci ball courts. It is the agenda to have as any recreational activities incorporated with each property should the residence allow for it.
