Regional Societies

Nine (9) separate regional societies will be organized targeting properties in different regions throughout Italy. Each Society will have one hundred and twenty (120) members that will have access to twelve (12) properties valued at or near an average of ten million dollars ($10,000,000). 

Regional Society of Toscana

Regions will include Tuscany and Umbria. Cities, towns, and areas will include Florence, Siena, Perugia, Chianti, and Pisa.

The geographic focus of the schedule of the properties will be country estate properties in the Tuscany and Umbria Regions. Property schedules will target Tuscany and Umbria and will attempt to be within proximity of the towns of Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, and Perugia, with certain exceptions. Additional properties will be scheduled in Lake Como, Sardinia, the Italian Riviera, and Rome. Schedules for The Italian Riviera will be focused on Forte Dei Marne, the Portofino/Rapallo area, San Remo surrounding areas, with other possible exceptions.

Regional Society of Roma

Regions will include Lazio and Campania. Cities, towns, and areas will include greater Rome and the Amalfi coast.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be apartments or country estates in or near Rome and country estate properties in the Tuscany and Umbria Regions as well as seaside villas on the Amalfi Coast. Additional properties will target the destinations of Sardinia, Lake Como, and Puglia.

The Amalfi Coast

Regions will include Campania. Cities, towns, and areas will include Naples, Sorrento, Isle of Capri, Amalfi, and Positano.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be the towns and islands of the Amalfi Coast which may include Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano, the Island of Capri, and the Island of Ischia. Additional properties to be scheduled in Rome, Tuscany, Sardinia, and Lake Como.

Lombardy & The Lakes

Regions will include Lombardy. Cities, towns, and areas will include Milan, Lake Maggiore, Lake Como, Lake Garda, and Como.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be lake view villas in Lake Como, Lake Maggiore, country estates in Tuscany and city apartments in Milan. Additional properties will be scheduled in Rome, Piedmont Countryside, and Sardinia.

The Italian Isles

Regions will include Sicily, Sardinia, and Campania. Cities, towns, and areas will include Porto Cervo, Sicily South Coast, Capri, and Ischia.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be the cities, towns and islands within the regions of Sardinia, Sicily and The Amalfi Coast. Cities and towns will likely include Porto Cervo, the Isle of Capri, Ischia, Paulo, Palermo, Taormina, and properties within the Verdura Resort. Addition properties will be scheduled in Tuscany, Lake Como, and Rome.

The Italian Riviera

Regions will include Liguria, Piedmont, and Tuscany coast. Cities, towns, and areas will include Portofino, San Remo, Lake Maggiore, Stresa, Forte dei Marmi, and Rapallo.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties in the coastal regions of Liguria and Tuscany targeting the Tyrrhenian Sea and Mediterranean Sea, including, Forte Dei Marmi, Porto Ercole, Portofino, Rapallo, and San Remo as well as other possible coastal towns. Additional properties may also target Tuscany, Sardinia, Lake Maggiore, the Piedmont Countryside, and Milan.

Veneto

Regions will include Veneto. Cities, towns, and areas will include Venice, Lake Garda, Dolomites, and Trieste.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be in the regions of Veneto, and Trentino Alto Adige – South Tyrol. Cities will include Venice, Verona, Vicenza, lake front towns on Lake Garda, and ski chalets throughout the Dolomites including the Dolomiti Super Ski area and its associated towns. Additional properties may also target Lake Como, Tuscany, Rome and Sardinia.

The Adriatic

Regions will include Puglia, Umbria, Veneto, and Sicily/Mount Etna. Cities, towns, and areas will include Leece, Venice, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, and Taormina.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be in the regions of Veneto, Umbria, Puglia, and Sicily. Cities, towns and areas will target Venice, Lake Garda, Lecce, Albarello, Taormina, Catania and Rome. Additional properties may also target Tuscany, Sardinia and the Amalfi Coast.

Piedmont

Regions will include Piedmont, Liguria, and Tuscany. Cities, towns, and areas will include Turin, Portofino, San Remo, Forte dei Marmi, Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, and Stresa.

The geographic focus of the schedule of properties will be in the regions of Piedmont, Liguria, and Tuscany. Cities, towns, and areas will target Lake Maggiore, Turin, The Langhe Valley, Florence, Siena, Portofino, and Forte dei Marmi. Additional properties may also target Rome, Sardinia and the Amalfi Coast.
