The Invitation

The “Invitation Only” strategy that the small membership caps produce allows for perpetual plan to recruit members through peer-to-peer recruitment. This, combined with significant fiscal mandates in the membership documents, including debt-free real estate, will ensure the long- term health of each society.

Founder Membership Program

Viaggiare Management will organize forty (40) Founder Members to launch each of the regional societies. Founder Members are expected to be active in the coordinating with Viaggiare Management to help recruit and vet member prospects. This peer-to-peer approach will establish a standard of quality for admittance that will make the membership desirable in perpetuity.

Simultaneous Distributions of invitations

Founder prospects will be presented materials, including the membership document, the reservation document, the target properties and their detail, the business model, and all other materials relating the membership and the associated rights and restrictions. Founders will have four (4) weeks to review the materials before either accepting or declining the opportunity.

The balance of the eighty (80) members will be recruited with the minimum of twenty (20) invitations, one (1) at a time until the membership cap has been reached. Two (2) properties will be acquired with the acceptance of each twenty (20) members totaling twelve (12) properties. Members, upon receiving the invitation and associated documents and details of the membership, will have four (4) weeks to accept or decline the opportunity.

Appointments will be utilized to showcase videos, with property examples, membership overviews, interest level for further communication, and the dynamic of being considered for membership.

Collateral Materials

Viaggiare Management may elect to stage a dinner, concert, or other event to showcase the program to qualified prospects.

Boutique Showrooms

Boutique showrooms will be organized in certain high profile retail areas. Areas may include Palm Beach, Manhattan, Beverly Hills, Newport Beach, Houston, Dallas and Aspen. These showrooms will be organized to introduce and gather interest for the concept to qualified member prospects by appointment only. These appointments will be utilized to showcase videos, with property examples, membership document overviews, interest level for further communication, and the dynamic of being considered for membership.

Invitation Committees

The Invitation Committees for each of the nine (9) Viaggiare Societies will be comprised between Viggiare Management and selected founders. Together, they will coordinate the correct time to distribute invitations to the founders and members, and will vet the biographies and reputations of each individual member prospect. Viaggiare Management may showcase the program to qualified members, but there is no certainty that an interested prospect will be accepted as a member. It is the opinion of The Viaggiare Society that no “solicitation” has occurred until the invitation has been distributed.
